Publisher 1337 Games and developer FIX Korea have been working continuously on the implementation of a tournament system for their free-to-play FPS Tactical Intervention. On December 21, the first tournament of the Tactical Intervention WinterClash is going to take place. Furthermore, there are new maps and missions to be checked out.

The open beta phase for free-to-play online FPS Tactical Intervention has ended and the game is now officially live. Major updates have been introduced since the start of the beta at the end of August. Four major updates were introduced implementing the feedback and suggestions of the beta testers, which made many improvements to the game. For the official start of the first-person shooter, players now have access to additional content: various weapons, items and two new maps.

Guess who's back. One month after OGPlanet announced that they shut down the free-to-play FPS Tactical Intervention, Minh "Gooseman" Le posted the news on Facebook: Tactical Intervention is soon to be released worldwide and it will be available on Steam.
This must be another record. Not even three months in open beta, Canada-based publisher OGPlanet made decision to shut down the free-to-play tactical FPS Tactical Intervention (TI). But that does not necessarily mean the end of TI.
The word is that the Open Beta testing was successful, and Counter-Strike co-creator Minh "Gooseman" Le with his development team at Fix Korea and their publisher OGPlanet made the call to launch the free-to-play, team-based MOFPS Tactical Intervention in North America today, Thursday, March 28, with servers going live at 10AM(PST), 1PM(EST).

OGPlanet, a publisher of Free-to-Play, multiplayer, online games, announced today that they, alongside Minh "Gooseman" Le, the co-creator of Counter-Strike, are gearing up to launch TACTICAL INTERVENTION, a team-based, first-person shooter (FPS), on March 28 in North America with the game entering Open-Beta Testing March 14.
The tactical shooter entered a first Closed Beta Test in March 2012. Prior to this, developer Fix Korea conducted tests in Europe. Now it takes a really long time to fix issues and finalize development of Tactical Intervention for Minh Le and his crew. But maybe the wait is over? Together with OGPlanet they announced the next test for North-America.
The highly anticipated free-to-play online FPS Tactical Intervention coming to North-America this spring. OGPlanet announced the first closed beta test. The test is scheduled for March 15th through March 19th.
