Level Up! Interactive opened the gates for Line of Sight. The free-to-play, military FPS is now in Open Beta and gamers in Brazil can download and test what is meant to be the 'spiritual' successor to Combat Arms.
After a relatively short Closed Beta testing period, publisher Level Up! just anounced that the shooter is now available to everyone based in Brazil, which is the second country after Thailand to initiate the Open Beta. Level Up! also operates Combat Arms and Warface in Brazil.
The FPS will be published by Nexon for Europe under the title Combat Arms: Line of Sight. Although Combat Arms: Line of Sight is not a direct sequel, it is rather a spiritual successor to the long-running shooter Combat Arms and inherits some of its contents and core features, especially the in-depth weapon customization system. The shooter takes advantage of the Unreal Engine 3 and will provide fast-paced FPS gameplay in a variety of classic PvP game modes, some with a new twist as players can use some of 17 superhuman powers against the enemy.
Developer Blackspot Entertainment might focus on an Open Beta release for Europe soon, stay tuned and find more info at the official sites.
