Free-to-play FPS Dirty Bomb will finally make it out its extended, lengthy Closed Beta testing stage, as it moves toward launch on Steam, as developer Splash Damage announced.
I haven't figured out how to get a key for the ongoing Closed Beta of Dirty Bomb (or I am just unlucky to get one), but as it seems that I have to be more patient as this official post on the Dirty Bomb forums clarifies: The FPS will be offline and return to service until further notice, and you will be needing a key which Splash Damage promised to deliver in January.
The Beta will be progressing and in-game character progresses will be wiped, so we are looking at a full Steam launch anytime in the first half of 2015?
Stay tuned for updates and find further info about Dirty Bomb at the the official site. The shooter is also in Closed Beta in Latin America and Russia.
